Flashing Details

The Flashing Details to the edges of the roof are always
the first thing everyone notices about a New Roof Covering
Especially when those Details are wrong or missing

Here you will see a few Before and After examples
from some of our recent projects

This old Asbestos Cement gutter was removed
and a new uPVC gutter fitted at a higher level

This original gutter was retained and the flashing
allowed the new sheets to drain into it

This concrete coping was removed and the new sheeting
was enhanced with new flashing pieces in Merlin Grey

Here the wall was covered with a two piece flashing
in Goosewing Grey, bedded under the coping stones

You will notice the Brick Coping Edge Detail has been removed
and the New Sheeting carried onto the edge of the New Roof
